What is Virgin Mojito?

It is a refreshing drink that is made with the combination of lemon juice, peppermint, mint leaves, sugar, salt, ice and sprite.
If the ingredients are ready, it only takes 2 minutes to prepare this one.
We all drink lemon juice when it’s too hot, this drink is just a delicious twist with the added flavors of peppermint, mint leaves and sprite.
Always a winner at your table, this drink is perfect for special occasions or to simply sip on a summer evening.


▢ 2 peppermint tablets (I used Polo)
▢ 1 teaspoon of lime juice
▢ 3-4 Mint leaves
▢ ½ lime (cut into slices)
▢ 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
▢ ⅛ teaspoon of salt
▢ Crushed Ice (as needed)
▢ Sprite (as needed)

Step by step recipe

  1. Crush the peppermint tablets to make a powder.
  2. Add it to a glass. Add the lime juice and stir until the peppermint dissolves.
  3. Now add the mint leaves, lime wedges, powdered sugar and salt to the glass. Crush with a pestle or a spoon.
  4. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Garnish with sprite and serve immediately.
