Paneer Pinwheels


These pinwheels may be made ,candy or savory with range of stuffing. The stuffing is so easy and all you want is to combine paneer with the dry spices, no want of any cooking. Once the stuffing is ready, unfold a layer at the pastry sheet, roll it and reduce into slices. Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. scrumptious and short snack is ready.


For Dough

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tablespoon Rava /suji
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • Salt to taste

For Filling

  • 1 Cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese) (Grated)
  • 1/2 Cup Cheese (Cheddar or Home-Made Cheese) (Grated)
  • 1/four Cup Chopped Capsicum (Bell Peppers)
  • 2 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya)
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dry Mango Powder (Aamchur Powder)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Mix all Dough elements and knead to a tender dough the use of water.
  • Cover with moist material n preserve apart for 1/2 an hour.
  • Mix all filling elements and divide in three identical parts.
  • Divide Dough in three identical balls and roll thin.
  • Apply one a part of the filling onto 1 rolled disc.
  • Tightly begin rolling from one cease to complete at different cease having a good roll.
  • Cut into 2mm disc n barely flatten it.
  • Repeat the above with the alternative 2 filling and doughs.
  • Heat oil in High Flame and deep fry those pinwheels.
  • Serve warm with Tomato Ketchup or Green Chutney
