Ingredients for Mango Sandesh Recipe
Milk 1 1/2 litres
Vinegar 3 teaspoons
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Milk powder 6 tablespoons
Mango pulp 2 cups
Boil milk in a non-stick deep pan. Add vinegar and let the milk curdle.
Drain the milk in a muslin cloth. Collect the residue and put it in cold water. Hang the muslin cloth. Take the residue in a bowl. Add sugar and milk powder to it and mix well. Add mango pulp and mix it properly.
Heat a non-stick pan. Put the mixture and cook for ten minutes or till the mixture becomes slightly sticky. Put the mixture on a plate and allow it to cool. Cut it into pieces and serve.
