Malai Kulfi


Many human beings upload loads of factors in the whole lot however the flavor of authentic dish wander off in too many flavors, like including chocolate syrup, fruit overwhelm etc. That offers more flavors to ice-cream, however I want to preserve its authentic.


  • 400 ml Milk
  • 100 gram Khoya/mawa/Mawa
  • 3-4 tbsp Sugar
  • 8-10 Almonds


  1. Chop almonds and Grate khoya /mawa in 2 bowls and preserve aside.
  2. In a pan boil milk and upload 50 gram khoya/mawa in it. Keep stirring khoya/mawa on Low flame to low- medium and blend khoya nicely in milk.
  3. When khoya get melt, upload sugar in it and blend nicely. Boil for few seconds so sugar get blend with ice-cream with out clusters.
  4. Add chopped almonds and permit it cool down. Set it in freezer in hermetic box for 8-10 hour.
  5. Cut it in to portions or server immediately. Enjoy chilled kulfi.
