Summers are here so kulfies are important for everyone. This Kesar Pista Kulfi Recipe is a treat to your taste buds. My love for Kulfi is never ending and I have always enjoyed homemade Kulfis.

Ingredients of Keser Pista Malai Kulfi
- 1 litre Full Fat Milk
- 25 strands Saffron
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- ¼ cup Pistachio, Chopped
- ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
- ½ tsp Rose water
How to Make Keser Pista Malai Kulfi
Put milk into a pan, and boil them.
Simmer milk on low heat, till it has reduced to half.
Add the saffron, sugar, pistachios, rose water and cardamom powder in milk.
Remove the pan from heat and cool them.
Fill the milk in the kulfi mould and freeze overnight.
In morning pull out the Kulfi.
Cut into slices and serve immediately.
