Ingredients for crunchy fried soy chaap

  • Soy chap – 6 (300 grams)
  • Curd – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon or according to taste
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Refined flour – 1/2 cup (50 grams)
  • Soya Badi – 1 cup (100 grams)
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon (coarsely ground)
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Aurigeno – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Frying oil

Method – How to Make Crispy Fried Soy Chaap

Marinate the soybeans
to marinate soybeans, add yogurt, ginger paste, garam masala, cilantro powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to a large bowl and mix well all the ingredients. Do it
After that, put the soy chaap lengthwise with the help of a knife and put 3-4 spices in the spices. In the same way, cut all the soybeans and put it in the spices and mix it well, so that the coating of the spices is well applied on the arch. Once the masala is well spiced on the soy chaap, store it for 20 minutes so that the seasoning runs smoothly inside.
Coarsely crush the soybeans to make a powder.
Take ½ cup of maida in a bowl and add some water to it and make a smooth solution. ½ cup of water is used to prepare this solution. Add ½ teaspoon of chili flakes, coarsely ground black pepper, oregano and ½ teaspoon of salt to the flour mixture and mix well.
In 20 minutes the soy chaap is also ready in the spices, take a soy chaap and dip it well in the maida dough and wrap it in a coarse badi soy powder and keep it on a plate. Likewise, soak all the soybeans in the flour mixture and keep it wrapped in powdered soy chunks.
Fry the

You can also apply breadcrumbs or corn flakes instead of badi soy powder.
