Crispy Tofu Nuggets


These ultra-crispy tofu nuggets will convert any non-tofu lover in a single chunk.


  • 1 block greater organization tofu
  • 1.5 cups panko
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • oil mister or cooking spray

For the marinade:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp dietary yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram


  1. Press the tofu for at the least 30 min. While the tofu is pressing, blend collectively the marinade components in a small bowl.
