Chivda Moong Dal Paratha is a Paratha which is quicker to cook and easier too.
Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 2 cups
- Moong Dal (soaked) – ½ cup
- Soked poha/ Chivda – ½ cup
- Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Ginger (grated) – ½ inch
- Green chilli chopped – 2
- Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder – ¾ tsp
- Garam Masala – less than ¼ tsp
- Onion chopped – 1
- Salt – 1 tsp
How to make
- Soak the dal overnight and grind it in morning without water.
- Put oil in a pan and saute onion,put all spices and saute all ingredients.
- Make a fine daugh out of flour and form into small bolls.
- Put the filling inside all bolls and roll again.
- Shallow fry on tawa ans serve hot.
