Chivda Moong Dal Paratha

Chivda Moong Dal Paratha is a Paratha which is quicker to cook and easier too.

Ingredients 

  • Wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Moong Dal (soaked) – ½ cup
  • Soked poha/ Chivda – ½ cup
  • Oil – 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Ginger (grated) – ½ inch
  • Green chilli chopped – 2
  • Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder – ¾ tsp
  • Garam Masala – less than ¼ tsp
  • Onion chopped – 1
  • Salt – 1 tsp

How to make

  1. Soak the dal overnight and grind it in morning without water.
  2. Put oil in a pan and saute onion,put all spices and saute all ingredients.
  3. Make a fine daugh out of flour and form into small bolls.
  4. Put the filling inside all bolls and roll again.
  5. Shallow fry on tawa ans serve hot.
